The Final - Results

I'm a bit earlier than usual posting the results, but I doubt anyone else is going to turn up now. We've got 11 sets of scores this week. There are several ties on the list caused by the rounding in the calculation, so I've ordered the list according to unrounded scores where applicable.

So Harry & Aliona receive our only 40 of the series for their Quickstep (congrats!), with their American Smooth and Argentine Tango not far behind, along with Chelsee's Quickstep. Jason & Kristina's showdance was our favourite of the three, but the showdances were among our lower scoring dances of the night.

At the half-way stage, Harry & Aliona topped our leaderboard (on the strength of that Quickstep) whereas Jason & Kristina topped the Strictly judges' list. Harry & Aliona had the higher total score on both lists after 4 dances, so it looks like we're all (on average) agreed that they are worthy winners of the glitterball. A high scoring night all round, reflecting the achievement of all the finalists.
