Your link got broken B4p, but I managed to find it

Another new Exec Producer for next year makes me a bit nervous. They always seem to think they need to refresh a show with new and exciting changes.

Thanks for the link Kate. I copied it from the dark side, so it probably has a 'this clip will self destruct in 2 mins' caveat.
Maybe a new style messageboard may re-appear? Is it me or have the bloggs stalled? Other than training clips they seem pointless.

I doubt they'll go back to messageboards B4p - I think it's a BBC Online policy to switch from boards to blogs, so it's probably being dictated from 'above'. The video clips are all on the video menu on the beeb site, so I haven't looked at the blogs. Not missing much, then?
I don't think they'd get rid of props &/or themed shows altogether Vonee, now they've introduced them. I wouldn't mind a couple of themed shows per series (no more than 2, and not in the early weeks), and restrict props to those. Maybe that could work???

that would work. don't mind props in themed shows, but otherwise they often get in the way and cause - to quote L.en 'faffing' I'm with him on that one - found myself yelling 'get on with it' to Holly & Artem wafting around the lampposts......

Definitely not alone!!!! The props seem to be getting more and more ridiculous/surreal to me - I would have nothing against a 'props special' type night, with an opportunity to see props used effectively (like Jason and Kristina used the fans on Broadway night) but I think props will always have a very limited impact in ballroom/latin dancing because they just don't really belong. As for those lamposts and the couples running up and down the stairs..........................
