Wh the hell.....?
Was that oil-gusher on legs with Elaine Page and CRH tonight? God Lord, two minutes of her and I'd be feigning illness and asking to be excused. Talk about overpowering and "I love me"

Well Lord Andrew of Webber loved her.

Jodie Prenger - she won that ALW contest a couple of years ago to find a Nancy for Oliver! in the West End. I found her a bit overpowering on that too. I'd have liked the irish girl with the curly hair to win that (can't remember her name now), but my picks never seem to win these types of contest.

Oooooh - do you think if I predict Widders or Orange Boyo to win, it might jinx them???
Actually, my faves are Sssscott and Kara, which probably means Matt is much more popular with Joe Public.

I thought the oil gusher was invaluable in describing the couture. Nice frock innit? Then again, I don't suppose we have any other females who can use such technical terms.......or do we?

Thanks Kate I'll keep your comments close to my chest!
Well I'd be more than happy to let the fabu-u-lus darling one do it all but I am slighly biased

CRH talking frocks is always a delight! I thought he looked surprisingly well tonight, considering how many sausages he's consumed this week.
Just been reminding myself of why I wanted the other girl to win I'd Do Anything. I got almost as excited about it as I do about Strictly. Here are:
1. Jodie 'oil-gusher' Prenger performing Send in the Clowns (she won)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5sBlaHEUmg
2. Jessie Buckley performing The Man That Got Away (runner up, who I wanted to win)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prmfyYlNBYQ&feature=related
Another great bbc phone-in travesty!

She also lost about 6 stone on Britain's greatest loser a few years ago! (saw it on some daytime channel when I was flitting mindlessly whilst recovering after an op a couple of months ago)

That's very considerate of you Kate thinking of CRHs wellbeing but I'm sure he's been in training for this week

Thanks for reminding me of that Kate. I liked Jessie too and I remember that was a stunning performance.
Jodie was a natural with the "Oliver boys" and I think that clinched it for her as Nancy.

I thought she was better over all the weeks than the others to take on the role of playing Nancy. Then again I couldn't see her fitting into any other role in any other production.

Re: Wh the hell.....?
I also thought Jodie was the best choice for Nancy - especially her rapport with the 'Oliver's' - looked more natural than Jessie, for some reason. I enjoyed her whole j-word through the 'Oliver' series, and was happy to see the look on Bill Kenwright's face when he realised someone larger than size 8/10 had won!
However, I thought her contribution to panel discussion was poor to say the least, and got irritating towards the end, which surprised me, as I usually enjoy the bantering between the panel and Cl audia.
The Friday panel is one of the best parts of ITT and the larking about and silly comments about the dresses, when that was what she was supposed to be commenting on, didn't add anything and helped them run out of time (just for a change!).. but hey.... CRH stepped into the breach (wo)manfully, in my opinion!!

Did anyone else hear the awful creaking of the chair when she sat down to interview Kara and Jimi ?
Between the almost flashing of her undercarriage and the sight of a 60ish woman in a mini skirt I was fair put of me dinner

Re: Wh the hell.....?
I thought Jodie was a little enthusiastic on ITT ! Andrew LLoyd thingy didn't wish her and not his favourite it was shrieky John Barrowman who always had Jodie as his favourite! She did well in Nancy thou and thought overall she deserved her win!
In the Lakes best Sausage was a Haggis Sasuage that CRH beloved the fabu-u-lus darling one had voted for as best in district!
I used to dislike thingy whatishername the author on ITT when she appeared, thou have to also confess i hate Eliane Paiges stretchy mouth! I tend to always look and wonder horse teeth? Oops must take my nice pills now!
